Abstract
The present study experimentally investigated the effect of Pilates on health-related physical fitness among higher secondary school boys. Sample of the study consists of thirty higher secondary boys in GHSS Easthill, Kozhikode. The conclusion of the study showed that there is a significant difference in the variables such as muscular strength and endurance but there is no significant differences on cardio respiratory endurance, flexibility and body composition.
